Rhonda Winter, RN, CLNC, MBA Candidate President & Acting Treasurer, PANBC
Rhonda Winter is a Clinical Operations Leader and Legal Nurse Consultant with over 15 years of experience in perioperative and PeriAnesthesia nursing across British Columbia. She has served as PANBC President since 2016, sits on the Board of Directors of the National Association of PeriAnesthesia Nurses of Canada (NAPANc), and represents Canada on the International Collaboration of PeriAnesthesia Nurses (ICPAN) Global Advisory Council. A contributing author to the NAPANc Standards for Practice (4th & 5th Editions), Rhonda brings deep clinical, leadership, and advocacy expertise to her role. She is passionate about connecting and advancing PeriAnesthesia nurses across BC.
