President 2017 – Current RHONDA WINTER |
Rhonda has been a registered nurse for 30 years. A post anesthetic care nurse since 1987, she has also worked in the operating room, pre-admission area and NSQIP. Working both in acute care hospitals and private health care since 2001, she found herself with an opportunity to make changes in her career. This led to management opportunities of Non-Hospital surgical centers where she is now the PACU and Patient Care Manager at ASC Vancouver Surgical Centre in Vancouver. | ![]() |

ELAINE KRIEGER Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) ![]() |
I am married with 2 grown children. I’ve been a nurse for over 30 years and have a 27 year history as recovery room nurse at vancouver health coastal-VGH. I am a VGH graduate from the Feb. 1985 class. I’ve seen the growth and increase of client basis becoming varied with increases in multisystem and complexities in this very fast paced highly acute recovery room. It’s been exciting and educational to see how thing have changed and continue to change and grow along the way. I’ve been privileged to care and be apart of providing quality care to clients and their families. Panbc is valued and I’m happy to be apart of continuing this legacy. |
